Job Title : Cath Lab Tech
Job Location : Kansas
Type of Facility : Hospital
Length of Assignment : 13 Weeks
Start Date : Immediately
Work Schedule : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM shifts, with on-call requirements of 1 night / week and 1 weekend / month
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide age-specific diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in collaboration with physicians
- Ensure quality care for patients undergoing cath lab procedures
- Manage equipment, supplies, and technical aspects of the cath lab
- Verify post-procedural data accuracy
- Deliver pre- and post-procedural care, including recovery support
- Assist with scheduling and resource allocation
- Maintain state-of-the-art technology in invasive cardiology
- Support diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease
- Operate Meditech EMR system
- Collaborate with a team in a 4-bed cath lab suite
