Job Title: CT Technologist
Job Location: Connecticut
Type of Facility: Hospital
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: Immediately
Work Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift (7am-7pm) and 3rd Shift (7pm-7am), with flexibility for 4 10-hour shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and X-rays for 15-20 patients per shift
- Operate various imaging equipment including a brand new CT scanner, C-ARM, and GE cameras
- Utilize Epic EMR and two PACS systems
- Participate in daily team huddles
- Provide patient education and prepare rooms for procedures
- Work independently when required
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment in a smaller unit
Requirements:
- ARRT and BLS certifications
- Connecticut State License
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
