Job Title : Social Worker Job Location : Indiana Type of Facility : Inpatient Drug and Detox Residential Treatment Center Length of Assignment : 26 weeks Start Date : Immediately Work Schedule : Five 8-hour shifts per week, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Roles and Responsibilities : - Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations - Develop short and long-term treatment plans - Provide individual therapy sessions (8-10 per day) - Facilitate 1-2 group therapy sessions per week - Perform crisis intervention - Engage in community outreach - Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MDs, BHTs, CMAs, and RNs - Contribute to a co-occurring and co-ed inpatient recovery program offering IP, PHP, and OP services Requirements : - Active Indiana license (LCAC, LCAC-A, LMHC, LMHC-A, LSW, LCSW, or CAD) - Minimum 2 years of inpatient detox experience - TB clearance, background check, and BLS certification - Proficiency in Kipu EMR system Barton Healthcare Staffing is excited to work with you Apply now to learn more about this exciting role.
