Job Title: Respiratory Therapist
Work in Montana at a Critical Access Hospital.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care in ICU and ED settings, performing inpatient and outpatient procedures including EKGs, stress tests, and PFTs as needed.
- Attend high-risk deliveries as required, operating Hamilton ventilators and other respiratory equipment with ease.
- Utilize the Cerner EMR system for accurate documentation and collaborate with a team of 2 respiratory therapists during weekday shifts.
- Ensure ED coverage as needed and maintain on-call availability for night shifts (7pm-7am) post-shift to adapt to varying patient needs across different age groups.
Requirements:
- A current Montana state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT), minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are necessary.
- Experience in critical care and emergency settings is also highly valued.
