Job Summary: Barton Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Montana. In this critical care role, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality respiratory care to patients in ICU and ED settings
- Conduct various medical procedures, including EKGs, stress tests, and PFTs
- Support high-risk deliveries and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Operate Hamilton ventilators and other specialized respiratory equipment
- Document patient information using Cerner EMR system
- Work collaboratively with our team of 2 respiratory therapists during weekday shifts
- Be available for ED coverage and on-call duties
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Montana state Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Ongoing BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Strong background in critical care and emergency medicine
