Compensation range based on experience $150,000 - $225,000.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Securities and Emerging Growth Associate located in New York, NY. You will work directly with the partners in the firm's Corporate group.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of corporate securities laws and regulations
- Experience with commercial lending
- Experience working with emerging growth companies
- Proven ability and experience drafting finance and corporate transactions documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- New York Bar admission
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent legal services
Salary : $150,000 - $225,000
