We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated candidate for a Managing/Sr. Managing Engineer position within our Water Resources (Water/Wastewater) practice area in our Hartford, CT office. This position is responsible for managing both water supply and wastewater management projects, including business and client development, primarily in the municipal sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Management and oversight of utility projects;
- Review of site development projects on behalf of clients as the municipal designated engineer; and
- Staff leadership and mentoring.
This role requires active representation at municipal meetings, participation in marketing activities, preparation of technical and cost proposals, attendance at proposal presentations and interviews, and demonstrable business development capabilities.
