Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaning Operations Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading 2 teams of 3-4 people for residential cleaning, driving the teams safely to client's site, maintaining quality, ensuring that homes are welcoming and comfortable for our clients. This role requires a strong individual who is calm under stress, esnures quality service and the ability to manage various cleaning tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Bilingual is a must.
- Lead the daily operations.
- Shows the ability to find solutions to daily issues and not get frustrated.
- Lead by example and perform thorough cleaning of all areas in residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Sanitize high-touch areas to promote a healthy living environment for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and preferences during cleaning sessions.
Skills
- At least one year of residential cleaning experience needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in handling unexpected situations.
- Need to be calm under stress and various customer demands.
