The Segment Specialist – Masonry Sales will focus on expanding Barton’s presence in the masonry market by leveraging their product knowledge and sales skills to support contractors, architects, and project managers. This role combines technical expertise with relationship management, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions for their masonry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise: Serve as the go-to specialist for all masonry products and services, providing technical guidance and product recommendations to clients.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in the masonry segment, meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders in the masonry industry.
- Training and Support: Educate clients and internal teams about masonry products, installation techniques, and industry trends.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the masonry market, including project leads and potential partnerships.
