  • About Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital :

Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital is growing and looking for upbeat, detail-oriented individuals that are able to multi-task in a full-service companion animal veterinary hospital. We are a full-service veterinary and boarding facility. We want our clients and patients to be recognized when they walk through the door and feel like they are family. Our doctors and support team compassionately and competently care for their patient's wellness needs, keeping them up to date on any needed vaccines or laboratory testing, as well as addressing ill patients and surgical cases. Our veterinary capabilities include in-house CBC and serum chemistry analyzers, a tonometer, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, high speed dental drill / scaler / polisher unit, microscope, laser therapy, isoflurane anesthesia machines, multi-parameter patient monitoring equipment, ultrasound, ophthalmoscope, otoscope and doppler blood pressure. We have a committed surgical suite, 2 wet tables and a dry table in the spacious treatment area. There are four exam rooms with plenty of elbow room. Our records are maintained on our Intravet software for easy access. Our teams work in units of a veterinary technician / assistant with each doctor to ensure smooth flow and that there is always a helping hand. Our standard appointments are 30 minutes long. The boarding area has separate areas for dogs and cats, with 4 smaller rooms for the dogs, to facilitate ease of caring for our boarders. There is even a room just for our smaller canine boarders that is quieter. Although we do not have a groomer, we do brush-outs and baths as requested from our clients. All vaccines must be up to date for our boarders, daycare pets and baths so that all the animals in our care are protected. We also require a current negative fecal parasite exam as our backyard play area is real grass and we want everyone to be safe from infections. The boarding team know the pets and owners well as many of our boarders have been coming in for a long time. The boarding area is directly attached to the rest of the hospital so any care or concerns our boarding team have regarding a pet in their care can easily be addressed by the doctors. If this sounds like someplace you would like to work, send us a resume! Maybe you will be the newest team member at Bartram Trail Veterinary Hospital.
