Required Skills:
- Auto parts sales experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of basic automotive systems and parts
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent phone etiquette: positive, enthusiastic, and attentive tone to ensure customers feel comfortable, with clear pronunciation and strong listening skills

- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate price quotes and product information to customers via phone, text, email, and in person
- Navigate and understand parts catalogs to identify and discuss specific parts with customers
- Source parts from a variety of vendors to meet customer needs
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming freight; pull and fulfill orders from stock
- Handle cash and charge transactions accurately, including payment collection
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both coworkers and customers
- Assist with store operations as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow
- Perform additional duties as assigned, such as cleaning, stocking, running errands, and other tasks

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
