Landscaping / Snow Removal Technician
As a Landscaping / Snow Removal Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of multiple property grounds by performing landscaping and snow removal work as assigned.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS :
- Responsible for the ongoing landscaping and snow removal of property grounds as assigned.
- Responsible for mowing, edging, watering, raking, pruning and fertilizing lawns.
- Responsible for weeding and mulching landscape beds.
- Responsible for trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs and removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
- Responsible for shoveling, plowing and piling snow.
- Responsible for applying sand, salt, or solutions to melt ice and snow
- Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and / or damage that have taken
place or that may occur.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :
Job Type : Full-time
Experience : 1 year preferred
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to : ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles, bending, crouching, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
