Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Detailing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car cleaning and detailing services to ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles will contribute to our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior washing, waxing, and buffing to achieve a high-gloss finish.
- Detail the interior of vehicles by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery and surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring a professional finish that meets customer specifications.
- Drive vehicles safely to and from detailing locations while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met during the detailing process.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Assist with custodial tasks as required to keep the facility organized and presentable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in car wash or detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with custodial duties, including cleaning supplies and equipment usage.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and detailing processes is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving vehicles during service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
