We are seeking a professional and reliable Armed Security Guard to provide security services at our facility 8-hour shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding to security incidents if necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
- Monitor and patrol the premises during the assigned shift.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to protect staff, visitors, and property.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
- Conduct routine security checks and report any unusual activity.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent situational awareness.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed and certified as an Armed Security Guard in CA.
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
- Ability to handle and operate a firearm responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
