- Dates of Coverage : ASAP-6 months with opportunity to extend
- Shift(s) Description : Mon-Fri Consult Coverage 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM with rotating weekends
- Call Schedule : overnight telephonic call (rotating)
- Call Ratio : approx 1 : 8
- Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult, Geriatric
- What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %? : Hem 60%, Onc 40% & IM 0%

- Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage : 1 dedicated for inpt coverage : 11 total some round on the weekends
