This position offers 100% outpatient care with no hospital coverage and a flexible clinic schedule, allowing providers to have a manageable patient load. Compensation : Lucrative compensation package with starting salary of $300,000. Comprehensive benefits include monthly resident stipend, student loan repayment, $30,000 sign-on bonus and $20,0000 relocation bonus, malpractice (no tail coverage needed), PTO, 8 holidays, profit sharing plan 401a, 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, CME allowance and time.
