Facility Overview
We are a 13-bed critical access hospital and a 34-bed licensed basic care facility. Our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment ensure that patients receive high-quality care in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Opportunity Details
- Start Date: As Soon As Possible (ASAP)
- Over 800 referrals from our facility per year
- Shifts: Provide outpatient services on a monthly basis, with 3-4 consecutive days/month. Ideally, surgery would take place on day 1, followed by clinic visits for monitoring and follow-up on surgery patients over the next few days
- Dates: Flexible to accommodate provider availability
- Travel: Billable mileage and expenses covered
