Start Date / Duration : ASAP; ongoing assignment
Schedule : 2-3 days per week. Mostly onsite required, hybrid schedule option available

Patient Population : Adults aged 18 . Provider can see children and adolescents if desired.

45 minute - 1 hour initial evaluations; 30 minute follow ups
