NearSource Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in tackling complex problems, gaining insights into customer behavior, and promoting product adoption. This is a remote position and we welcome applicants from all locations.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to tackle complex problems and gain insights into customer behavior.
- Develop models that influence product strategy and priorities, using advanced techniques such as Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.
- Build and maintain machine learning pipelines that enhance data-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.
- Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.
