Staff Data Scientist – Remote (US)
We are currently seeking a talented Staff Data Scientist to join our CEO’s Strategy and Operations team and drive transformative solutions for our business’s most critical operational challenges. In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you will collaborate directly with the CEO and be at the forefront of shaping how we capture, analyze, and leverage data to optimize operations, drive innovation, and achieve ambitious company-wide goals.
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will not only analyze data but also architect operational systems and processes to produce actionable insights. By leveraging advanced algorithms and building scalable data pipelines, you will enable automation, optimization, and transformative insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Build and deploy advanced models and algorithms to anticipate trends, address operational challenges, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
- Analyze large-scale payment processing data to uncover insights that improve financial outcomes, inform product development, and guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop expertise in the full data ecosystem, including data management, governance, quality standards, accessibility, and scalability, to ensure reliable and accessible data that is optimized for business needs.
- Work directly with the CEO and Strategy & Operations team to tackle the company’s most critical operational challenges.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape business strategy and drive organizational impact. Communicate findings to C-Suite executives to ensure alignment.
