Responsibilities
- Develop and/or update Standard Operating Procedures to maximize productivity and quality
- Provide professional and timely support to internal teams, troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
- Generate reports, analyze key operational data, and document processes to drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement process improvement strategies to optimize productivity and reduce costs
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational activities
- Monitor key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience developing Standard Operating Procedures in a fulfillment 3PL warehouse environment
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
