Job Description
Program Execution & Operations
Oversee the successful execution of national security programs, ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain fiscal responsibility by managing budgets, profitability, and resource allocation across multiple contracts.
Ensure programs are staffed with highly qualified personnel and implement workforce development strategies.
Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies, data analytics, and advanced methodologies to enhance mission effectiveness.
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Develop and execute a strategic vision for national and defense intelligence programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and government mission needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and related agencies.
Establish and maintain relationships with senior government officials, industry partners, and key stakeholders to drive growth and collaboration.
Lead/support capture efforts for major government contracts, including proposal development and competitive positioning.
Manage day to day operations for strategic leadership and growth to include responding to data calls.
Government & Industry Engagement
Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and government meetings to promote thought leadership and expand influence in the intelligence and defense sectors.
Provide strategic insights to corporate leadership on intelligence community trends, policy changes, and emerging threats.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Intelligence Studies, National Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business)
15 years’ experience of progressive leadership and technical resource management experience in intelligence, defense, or national security sectors.
Experience with agencies such as DIA, NSA, NGA, or military intelligence components.
Experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Must possess TS/SCI clearance with CI or FS Polygraph.
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience in procurement support, including support in the development of customer needs statements, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and coordination of procurement and delivery schedules.
Experience managing large, complex teams.
Experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Ability to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
