Responsibilities
Drive Sales Strategy
- Develop and Execute: Create a comprehensive US sales strategy, including detailed execution plans, forecasts, KPIs, and metrics that align with our organizational planning, financial forecasting, and strategic goals.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing and business development to set the strategy for lead generation. Define target markets, identify lead sources, and establish performance metrics to optimize lead generation activities.
- Sales Funnel Management: Build and refine a robust sales process and funnel, from top-down outreach and onboarding to activation and expansion.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales activities and drive continuous improvement.
- Pipeline Visibility: Ensure full transparency across all stages of the sales pipeline to facilitate timely and informed decision-making.
- Organizational Design: Define and design the structure of the US sales team to support growth and scalability.
- Talent Management: Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Systems and Tools: Oversee the implementation and management of sales systems and tools to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness.
- 7 years of relevant B2B saas sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles/practices, ability to coach
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the US ecommerce ecosystem (marketplaces, platforms, merchant segmentation).
- Direct sales leadership experience with ecommerce B2B saas sales
- W-2 employment.
