Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. In this key role, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Nurture Customer Relationships
• Develop long-term relationships with key customer accounts
• Provide expert product knowledge and sales support
Sales Strategy and Tools
• Develop sales strategies and tools, including web-enabled quoting tools and customer portals
• Assist management in building CRM tools
Collaboration and Order Fulfillment
• Work with the production team to ensure order fulfillment
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve ambitious goals
Qualifications:
• 5-6 years of experience in sales or account management within the manufacturing industry (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Understanding of online sales principles and online marketing
• Proficiency in ERP systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
