What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal HR Subject Matter Expert position at Base One Technologies?
As a Federal HR Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise to Client's stakeholders. This expertise will cover Federal HR policies, workflows, and best practices from both a functional and system perspective. Your responsibility will cover all aspects of Federal human capital but focus on recruitment business processes and data management. You will work closely with customers, business analysts, process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements and create system designs that align with business and IT strategies while remaining compliant with Federal and Client HR policies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.

- Advisory subject matter services – 60%

Required skills / Level of Experience :
Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Minimum 5 years experience Bachelor Degree or equivalent (Associate degree 2 years experience; 6 years experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.
