Base Power is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our growing creative team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Austin, TX, requiring in-office presence 5 days a week In this role, you will help shape compelling digital and print experiences that bring the Base brand to life. You'll work across a variety of creative projects, collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams to elevate the brand and communicate our mission.

We're looking for someone with a strong portfolio showcasing excellence in concept, design, and execution. You are detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable owning projects from ideation through to completion. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering thoughtful and innovative work while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Create digital and print designs that captivate, engage, achieve business goals, and align with Base's brand..
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to define, manage, and execute creative projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
• Drive creative inspiration and problem-solving for campaigns, website updates, branding, and more.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all deliverables in alignment with Base's brand standards.
• Incorporate data, user insights, and technical constraints into design iterations.
