With a strong global presence, we are expanding our footprint in the US and seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) based in the New York area to drive client success and business growth.
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into their workflows, and providing expert technical guidance. This role requires a deep understanding of media production technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and technical needs
- Provide expert guidance on the implementation and optimization of base’s solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product functionality
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and documentation to empower client teams
- Monitor system performance, usage trends, and proactively recommend improvements
- Actively contribute to product development by gathering client feedback and advocating for feature enhancements
- Work closely with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution demonstrations
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and on-site support as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, solutions Engineering, or a Customer Success role
- Strong background in media production technology, asset management, or cloud-based workflows
- Proficiency with cloud-based media solutions, video production software, and related integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities
- Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 10-20% of the time)

- Hybrid – New York area: This role requires a combination of remote and in-office work to best support clients and internal teams.
