In-game Janitorial Lead Technician 

Pay: $18.50/per hour (seasonal position Mach-September)

Schedule: Working every home game/Full time work during the season 

 

Come join our custodial staff as we build a tight knit team to keep Cheney Stadium sparkling and clean for all games/events. This is a fast-paced work environment, if you are interested, we are looking for a good leader to run our in-game team and who brings a quality teamwork mentality. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

·       Leading custodial crew during games/events

·       Accepting 2-way radio calls and delegating forces where needed

·       Picking up garbage

·       Sweeping 

·       Using backpack blowers 

·       Emptying garbage cans/recycle bins 

·       Scrubbing/wiping down 

·       Cleaning bathrooms 

·       Cleaning windows 

·       Vacuuming 

·       Dusting 

·       Mopping 

·       Setting up/tearing down furniture 

·       Weeding 

·       Pulling field tarp 

 

Qualifications 

·       Ability to work nights, with a flexible schedule 

·       Good attention to detail 

·       Need to be organized and able to manage a small crew of  4 people

·       Work efficiently in a busy environment

·       Be creative and a problem solver

·       Ability to perform job accurately and honestly 

·       Ability to lift 50lbs 

·       Ability to twist, bend, and squat 

·       Reliable transportation 

 
Schedule: Working all 75 home games/Full time work during the season
