Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, works closely with the Project Manager to independently engage with users and stakeholders, define and document requirements, validate business processes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS
- 5 years of Business Analysis Experience
- Active CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional)
- Experience with MS Visio
- Experience with Lucid Charts
- Experience with MS Project
- Experience with JIRA
