POSITION OVERVIEW
The Pega Developer will develop and maintain robust system level software, ensuring the performance and scalability of backend systems during the contract period. Developer will be fully dedicated to the project objectives. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and deploy application software per project requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to meet contract milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly.
- Document code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Support the project team in achieving deliverables within contract scope.
- Mentor team members and ensure technical standards are met.
- Build and optimize front / backend systems for project specific goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with architects to implement system improvements.
