Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and dining areas remain clean and organized. mHours will be primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sundays from 4 - 10pm. Pay is based on experience.
Duties
- Clearing tables from dishes and keep the dishes washed and put away in an efficient and careful manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish and dining area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during busy periods.
Skills
- Experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
