Administrative Assistant
Basecamp Financial Planners, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, is adding an Administrative Assistant to our team. This person will be a key team member from day one!
This is a full-time, office-based position working 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to 3 PM on Fridays. Candidates will undergo fingerprinting, a background check, and assessments related to skills, strengths, and/or personality and emotional intelligence. Industry experience is preferred, but not required!
Salary: from $20/hour, depending on experience and/or qualifications
Key Job Responsibilities
- General reception duties
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Assisting clients with general questions and client service-related matters
- Connecting with clients and professional contacts in-person and via phone, text, mail, fax, and email
- Maintaining appearance and hospitality of client waiting areas and shared spaces
- Schedule client appointments and conduct appointment reminder calls
- Assisting our team with client service-related matters
- Processing mail
- Scanning documents and check
- Maintain files and records in accordance with records retention policy
- Maintaining electronic files
- Support marketing activities including client recognition, social media, events, and sponsorships.
