They greet patients, manage appointments, and handle administrative tasks. Additionally, they assist the healthcare team with clinical duties, such as taking vital signs and preparing exam rooms. This role requires multitasking, prioritizing, and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities:
Clinical Receptionist
- Greets and assists all visitors.
- Manages incoming calls, schedules appointments and supports client needs.
- Maintains client confidentiality.
- Assists with intake and data entry.
- Co-facilitates group sessions on a rotating schedule.
- Participates in team meetings and clinical supervision.
- Pursues professional development opportunities.
Job Duties:
- Greet clients/visitors professionally
- Manage appointments/scheduling
- Perform admin tasks (filing, copying, etc.)
- Monitor client flow
- Cover assessments if needed
- Support group facilitation
- Additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
Requirements:
- CDCA certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
