Job Summary:
As an FNP, you will lead and manage medical services in your designated area to ensure company goals and objectives are met. You’ll play a critical role in developing treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that patient care exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized treatment plans for new patients, tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and counselors to determine the most effective course of action for each patient’s recovery.
- Provide education on Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) to empower patients on their path to wellness.
- Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient documentation, e-prescribing, and ordering tests.
- Build strong rapport with patients and provide compassionate care, making informed decisions about their treatment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven healthcare provider with experience in addiction treatment (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of addiction best practices and trauma-informed care principles.
- Patient, compassionate, and flexible with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while maintaining independent decision-making skills.
Qualifications:
- Active License: Must be licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Family Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, or Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist in Ohio.
- Experience: Previous experience in mental health and addiction care is strongly preferred.
- Certifications: Must have a Certificate to Prescribe in Ohio and be certified in CPR.
- Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and represent the organization in the healthcare community.
