As a Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing housing operations, ensuring residents adhere to program guidelines, and maintaining a structured recovery-focused atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate housing census and manage resident assignments.
- Complete and maintain all required housing documentation for residents.
- Supervise and train new housing staff while managing housing employees.
- Facilitate resident meetings and oversee the housing group chat.
- Track and communicate resident appointments and requirements.
- Collect and organize all necessary paperwork from residents.
- Ensure compliance with housing program rules and facilitate movement through the level system.
- Address conflicts and concerns within the housing community.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Understanding of the 12-step recovery modality and active participation in the recovery community.
- Experience working in a recovery housing environment.
- Ability to make sound decisions while setting clear boundaries.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
- Eligible to obtain an NPI number and Medicaid billing number.
- Must possess a valid CDCA (Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant) certification or higher.
Salary : $50,000
