Job Summary:
The Operations Manager/Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the recovery center,
ensuring efficient administrative processes and a positive environment for staff and patients. This
role involves managing office operations, supporting staff, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the recovery center, ensuring
adherence to policies and procedures. Work closely with clinical, medical, housing, and
administrative teams to enhance service delivery and patient care.
● Staff Management: Supervise the front office staff by providing training, mentorship,
and performance evaluations. Coordinate staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage for
all operational needs.
● Patient Relations: Serves as the primary point of contact for patients and their families,
addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a high level of professionalism.
Facilitate communication between patients and staff to enhance the service experience.
● Administrative Duties: Manage patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA
compliance. Coordinate billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions as necessary.
● Facility Management: Ensure the recovery center is maintained, safe, and welcoming for
patients and staff. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support daily
operations.
● Budgeting & Reporting: Assist in preparing and monitoring the center's budget to ensure
that expenses remain within allocated limits. Prepare regular reports on operational
performance and develop strategies for improvement.
● Compliance & Training: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
regarding recovery services. Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff to
enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
(preferred).
3-5 years of experience in operations management, office management, or a similar role,
preferably within a healthcare or recovery setting.
Strong understanding of operational processes and administrative best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR)
systems.

recovery.
