Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Buyer with 3-5 years of experience in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
As a Paid Media Buyer, you will analyze market data, identify target audiences, allocate budgets effectively, and ensure optimal ad placements across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing strategies while delivering exceptional ROI.

- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta and Google platforms to achieve client objectives.
- Analyze market data and audience demographics to identify optimal media channels for campaigns.
- Manage and allocate ad spend effectively to maximize ROI while staying within campaign budgets.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure competitive placements and pricing.
- Implement media buys and oversee the delivery of ads across selected channels.
- Continuously track key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand goals.
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Take ownership of paid media campaigns across 3-4 key client accounts
- Develop and implement new audience targeting strategies based on performance data
- Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular performance reviews
- 3-5 years of experience in paid media buying, specifically on Meta and Google platforms.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed campaign decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and placements.
