The largest independent Auto repair and Tire shop in Belleview is hiring Automotive Service Advisor (shop manager assistant) tom start immediately. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by assisting with various tasks, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team by gathering all information about cars that need to be repaired, as well as customers information.
• Assist the shop manager to keep all Technicians busy.
• Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs.
• Advise customers about tires, services, quotes, appointment, warranty and cost saving. Answer their questions, provide with updates regarding the status of their vehicle.
• Help with inventory management.
• Be the link or the center between the technicians and sales members.
• Perform routine yard maintenance tasks including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and skills to work in an auto-repair
• Upbeat and positive attitude. Team spirit.
• A passion for sales and customer service.
• Motivation and the desire to progress (future shop manager), learn a new profession, and secure one's future.
• Proficient in computer software applications (Tekmetric, Michell1, Excel, Etc… )
• Valid Driver’s License
• High school level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
