As a Sales Development Representative , you will empower Base.com US clients to transform their e-commerce businesses into automated multi-channel operations . You will play a pivotal role in expanding our US customer base. Experience
1 - 3 years of professional experience in sales roles (preferably B2B e-commerce saas)
excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple and accessible way
prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
ability to conduct live product demos for prospective customers, across all levels of seniority
excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently (the role is 100% remote)
self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
proficient in CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Hubspot)
Bonus qualifications / nice to have :
knowledge of the US e-commerce landscape and hands-on experience in e-commerce related software / SaaS products, e.g. Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, etc.
Tasks
become an expert in BaseLinkers overall value proposition, products, and services
own and execute end-to-end inbound lead conversion process - from design, through execution and improvement (free trial account to paid users)
conduct product demos for prospective users
maintain accurate customer activity and pipeline reports within a CRM database (Hubspot)
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, implementation, product) to keep merchant’s voice top of mind across the organization
identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple acquisition channels
represent Base.com at leading industry e-commerce and networking events

Salary range :
Individual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The below range encompasses roles with on-target earnings.
On-target earnings : $65,000 - $75,000
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
