Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of basement water mitigation projects, from initial assessment to project completion.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of water mitigation technicians, ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Quality Control: Inspect work sites and completed projects to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including job notes, time logs, and material usage.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams to achieve operational goals.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and potentially hazardous environments
• Capable of standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
