This role will be highly cross-functional, partnering with all brand and marketing channel owners, and working across business operations, design, and content teams for both online and offline marketing channels and opportunities.
In this Integrated Marketing Specialist role, you will support, train, advise and consult with the marketers within our networks to provide comprehensive marketing support in the Contractor Nation methods, processes, and programs. This includes training and execution of our proprietary marketing program and projects including budgeting, planning, and forecasting; lead generation strategy and implementation; creation of company branding and marketing materials, support of PI negotiation and vendor relations, as well as ongoing and timely support for all marketing initiatives and internal projects that propel marketing results.
Job Functions include:
Marketing Support
• Act as the main point of contact with dealers for marketing support (outside of the Treehouse (our digital marketing group) Account Managers)
• Coordinate with Graphic Design and Video teams to create marketing and branding materials that support dealers’ overall branding strategy.
• Set due dates and be responsible for effective and timely communication with dealers and internal teams.
• Maintain dealer-specific design and branding standards (in keeping with overall network brands), as well as review all outgoing projects for accuracy and detail.
• Understand, teach, and implement initiatives that follow the principles of our internal marketing program for contractor marketing success.
• Understand, teach, and implement our branding strategy pillars with local dealer brand messaging.
Marketing Content Support
• Play a proactive role in providing our dealers with quality resources that are useful, relevant, and accurate across all marketing materials
• Maintain brand standards for each dealer on all marketing messaging (print, graphic, website, email, and video) for consistent integrated marketing
• Assist and support dealers with creative solutions for offline marketing, including print, email, tv, and radio scripts, flyers, door hangers, business cards, folders, etc.
Contribute to Monthly Webinars and Marketing Training
• Be comfortable with contributing to, hosting, or co-host monthly marketing webinars
• Train and contribute to training events (x4 annually)
• Take an active role in reviewing and monitoring current marketing trends and themes, reading business journals and marketing blogs and influencers.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work across multiple departments, and ease and flexibility to respond to immediate requests and dealer demands.
