Position Summary :
As the Appointment Center Representative, you serve as the primary telephone contact for all customer interactions, including setting and confirming appointments, mailing information packets, and keeping customer records accurate and up to date. This is a critical role, as you are the first point of contact between Basements Plus and the homeowner, playing an essential part in achieving the company’s goals. Note : This position does not involve cold calling.
Essential Job Functions :
- Schedule appointments for both inbound and outbound leads, tailored to customer needs and availability.
- Answer inquiries from potential customers and effectively convert them into appointments.
- Handle general customer service calls, directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
- Update customer records promptly for scheduling changes and cancellations, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to gather and analyze lead generation data.
- Proficiently manage emails, converting them into scheduled appointments.
