THE ROLE
As a Senior Brand Designer at Baseten, you'll lead and define our brand and visual identity - ranging from marketing assets, landing pages, event materials, billboards, and large-scale campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales to execute on deliverables while working closely with design to build a cohesive brand that integrates across all channels. If you're someone who's able to drive multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on craft and quality, and want to shape tools that empower developers in one of the fastest-growing fields today, we'd love to work with you!
WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead design and execution across a range of marketing assets including landing pages, decks, in-person events, and large-scale campaigns.
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on craft, quality, and attention to detail.
- Experience executing across a range of formats and mediums while maintaining a high bar for craft and quality.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, passionate team environment.
- Proven ability to work directly with stake holders and lead projects end-to-end; we don't have PMs.
- Plus : Experience with motion design and video editing
- Big plus : Experience designing a developer-focused audience.
