Report to the Head of Human Resources for Ag Solutions North America, in this role, you will lead and drive forward key people strategies and operational activities for the U.S. and Canada. This role is central to our commitment to enhancing employee engagement, driving talent development, ensuring competitive compensation practices, and utilizing data to inform decisions that help us better support our people. You’ll play a key role in guiding a holistic and integrated approach to employee experience that spans the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to career development and beyond.

- Leading Employee Experience Strategy: Championing initiatives that cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.
- Planning Talent Development & Management: Executing impactful development programs that enable employee growth, retention, and succession planning, with a focus on leadership development and career progression.
- Overseeing Compensation: Managing competitive and equitable compensation programs that align with industry standards and organizational goals, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Leveraging Data & Analytics: Using people data and insights to drive decision-making, measure success, and improve HR processes and employee experiences.
- Messaging: Ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals and values. Fostering open lines of communication across the employee base, including leadership.
- Collaborating with Leadership: Partnering with leadership and human resources business partners to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that people initiatives support the broader organizational vision.
If you...
- Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Possess SHRM-SCP or CPHR-Advanced Certification preferred.
- Have proven experience in HR leadership roles with a strong focus on employee experience, talent development, compensation, and HR analytics.
- Are a strategic thinker with a passion for creating and planning programs and initiatives that foster a culture of growth, inclusivity, and engagement.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
- Have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Have experience managing teams and working across multiple functional areas within HR.
- Possess a deep understanding of HR trends, challenges, and best practices in North America (U.S. and Canada), including how it connects globally.
- Have experience managing change within an organization, especially introducing new policies or programs that impact employee experience and culture.
