Where the chemistry happens…
Lead and coordinate the commercialization of xarvio Digital Farming Solutions within the US Market. The xarvio commercial manager will lead the digital farming commercial team to successfully launch and develop a market for xarvio FIELD MANAGER with a focus on the retailer and agronomist. This includes brand positioning and coordinating a strong connection with the BASF Ag Solutions Sales and Marketing team to reach the channel.

- Working confidently with retailers, agronomists, growers, and BASF Ag Solution sales and marketing organization, developing trust in BASF digital farming products
- Strategically thinking and taking delight in tapping into new fields without established routines and processes as well as managing and solving problems cross-functionally
- Being able to work highly independent with an entrepreneurial mindset. Speak fluently in English is mandatory
- Collaborating and influencing skills, high level experience with management team interaction.
- Having the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels and to engage stakeholders from across the organization.
- Being able to competently present concepts/ideas/projects clearly to gain engagement and commitment.
- Having competency in basic change management and being passionate about making a difference in the agriculture industry.
- Must be able to travel 25%.
If you...
- Hold a MSc/MBA or PhD degree in Agriculture or related is preferred
- Have a minimum of 3 years of agriculture industry experience in Business Development
- Have an affinity for IT.
- Prove analytical, collaborative leadership, strong communication, and decision-making skills

Pay Transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $151,200 - $207,900. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
