1. Process Improvement & Digitalization – NGBA steering & associated improvements
- As the global point of contact for G-EDM Manufacturing processes, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes related to different production sites.
- Guide production site leads across countries to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalize process models.
- Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and best practices to drive further development and alignment.
