Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability & Asset Effectiveness Engineer to join our team in Bishop, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving reliability and asset effectiveness (AE) performance, providing technical support to production and maintenance personnel, and leading or participating in root cause failure analyses (RCFA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive reliability and asset effectiveness (AE) performance using best-in-class tools, methodologies, and techniques.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel.
- Lead or participate in root cause failure analyses (RCFA) and monitor AE and SAP PM KPI data for early identification and resolution of reliability issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least 5 years of overall experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance, operations, and engineering activities in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO industry standards for fixed and rotating equipment.
