We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team in Bishop, TX. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide critical support to our Site Director, Global Product Manager, and Head of Business Management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks for the site and assigned warehouses.
- Developing and implementing internal controls to protect company assets.
- Providing business insight and recommendations to drive target achievement of major financial KPIs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA or CPA preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in SAP modules, MS Office, and basic skills in Tableau and/or PowerBI.
