The Job Description:
As a Reliability & Asset Effectiveness Engineer, you will lead and participate in the implementation and sustenance of various reliability and AE initiatives. This includes maintaining, validating, and analyzing plant asset effectiveness (AE) data and proposing improvements, leading asset effectiveness improvements through 'bad actor' management, continuous improvement, and RCFA, and applying appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and at least 5 years of overall experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance, operations, and engineering activities in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO industry standards for fixed and rotating equipment.
