- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and maintain plant monitoring systems, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Production Management: Collaborate with production teams to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and yearly production goals, focusing on producing high-quality products.
- Cleaning Programs: Implement and maintain effective cleaning programs, verifying compliance with SOPs.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings focused on shift changes, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory matters.
